Q.  Is there one “right” way to organize? 

A.  No, there is no one right way.  There are effective strategies to get organized and stay organized.  Good news--they can be learned.  

Q.  Why hire a professional organizer?  Shouldn’t I be able to do things myself? 

A.  Many people can organize rooms and spaces on their own.  Some people need help with just one room.  Others need help getting started.  Still others have tried unsuccessfully to organize certain spaces in the past and couldn’t maintain it.  Many of my clients want it done “right” (or more effectively) and are willing to get help and finally get it done. 
 

Q.  Will you make me (or my spouse) throw things out?   

A.  It is not my job to “make” anyone throw anything away.  I will help you learn the right questions to ask yourself to make those decisions. 
 

Q. What if my house is the worst you’ve ever seen? 

A.  Many people are embarrassed by their clutter and think that theirs is the worst I’ve ever seen.  In the majority if cases, it isn’t.  Most people have some clutter.
